Shines Digital is looking for an experienced Director of New Business to help grow our portfolio of clients in tandem with our collaborative and innovative team. Your focus will be on identifying & developing new business leads, managing the relationship from prospect to closed, and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
You’ll work closely with our account managers & technical teams to tailor our service offering to the needs of new business leads and then convert these prospects to clients.

Job description
- Drive business expansion of Shines Digital via new client acquisition
- Identify, research and close new business deals to meet the companies strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit and growth targets
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely creation of quotes and professional submission of all information as requested by potential clients, to close deals.
- Liaise with Account Managers to ensure excellent client communication to facilitate the successful handover of new clients
- Support the CEO and Chairman with various growth related projects from time to time.

How we will know you're the one:
- You have 3-5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably with proven B2B sales experience in the world of digital marketing services
- You possess a growth mindset and are not afraid to challenge the status quo, proactively stepping into an “agent of change” role when you identify a business growth opportunity.
- You are able to independently attain a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s industry and business.
- You are a people person, comfortable chasing down new leads and being the face of Shines Digital in the B2B space
- You are comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, actively contributing to maintaining a high performance people-first culture.
- You are results driven and have a strategic, ‘big picture’ mindset when it comes to identifying growth opportunities
- You are highly organized and self-motivated, with a methodical, thorough and structured approach to work.
- You have excellent communication skills
